THINGS TO KNOW -Parking Passes Required at ALL TIMES -NO PETS are allowed at this property. -No Smoking is allowed inside this property. -Coin operated laundry facilities located on site. -Linens are included in your reservation. Bed sheets for each bed, 1 hand towel and 1 body towel and 1 wash towel/guest are provided. -You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. -This property is managed by Bowen Vacation Homes.
