Hot tubs are open year around. -1 Parking spot is included in the main lot, 2 Parking spots are avail in overflow parking across the street. -NO PETS are allowed at this property. -No Smoking is allowed inside this property. -Linens (sheets and towels) are NOT included (unless otherwise specified) in your reservation but can be added for an additional charge. -You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. -This property is managed by Bowen Vacation Homes. -Indoor stairs, no elevator access.
